Production Time: Each Saintborne item is made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment location.

Domestic Shipping (USA): Shipping times and available delivery options are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after your order has completed production and been shipped.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Qualifying U.S. orders may receive free standard shipping when the applicable order threshold is met.

International Shipping: International availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where available. International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs or local carriers. Customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees not collected at checkout.

Tracking: Once tracking information becomes available for your order, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking information to update after shipment.
