• Domestic Shipping (USA): Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location, typically taking 10–15 business days.
• Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

• Custom Made: Because each item is custom printed to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, buyer's remorse, or mind-change. Please consult our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@saintborne.com within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, eligible claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
